Why is it called bazaar?

I'm curious, can you explain to me why the term 'bazaar' is often used to describe the cryptocurrency market? Is it because it's chaotic and unpredictable, like a traditional bazaar where prices fluctuate wildly and buyers and sellers haggle over prices? Or is there a deeper historical or cultural connection that I'm not aware of? I'd love to hear your thoughts on the matter.
