Why can't I get into BitMart?

Excuse me, I've been trying to access BitMart, but for some reason, I can't seem to get in. Could you possibly shed some light on why this might be happening? I've checked my internet connection and it's fine, so I'm wondering if there might be some other technical issue or perhaps a maintenance window that I'm not aware of. Additionally, is there anything I can do to resolve this issue on my own or do I need to reach out to BitMart's support team for assistance? I'd appreciate any information you could provide.
