Can I buy BNB directly from MetaMask?

Excuse me, I was wondering if I could possibly purchase BNB, or Binance Coin, directly through the MetaMask platform? I'm relatively new to the world of cryptocurrency and I'm trying to understand the various options available for acquiring digital assets. From what I've read, MetaMask seems to be a popular and user-friendly wallet, so I was hoping I could use it to buy BNB as well.
