Which country is 100% non-vegetarian?

I'm curious, is there really a country that's 100% non-vegetarian? It seems like an interesting concept, especially in today's world where vegetarianism and veganism are becoming increasingly popular. Wouldn't there be at least some people in every country who follow a plant-based diet for personal, religious, or ethical reasons? Or could it be that there's a country where the cultural norms and dietary traditions are so strongly rooted in meat-eating that it's virtually unheard of to be a vegetarian? I'd love to know more about this, if such a place truly exists.
