Does Binance have an ERC-20?

I'm wondering, does Binance actually have an ERC-20 token of its own? I've seen some mentions of Binance Coin (BNB), but I'm not sure if that's what you're referring to or if there's a separate ERC-20 token associated with Binance. Could you please clarify this for me?
