Is the ozone still a problem?

Isn't it time to reassess the state of the ozone layer? While we've made strides in reducing harmful emissions, is the ozone layer truly out of danger? Are there still regions where the depletion is severe, threatening the delicate balance of our ecosystem? And what about the long-term effects of climate change on the ozone layer? As we move forward, shouldn't we continue to monitor and protect this vital component of our planet's atmosphere?
