Is ERC20 the same as Ethereum?

Excuse me, could you clarify something for me? I've been reading up on cryptocurrency and I came across the terms ERC20 and Ethereum. I'm a bit confused - are ERC20 and Ethereum the same thing, or are they two different concepts? I understand that Ethereum is a blockchain platform that enables smart contracts and decentralized applications, but I'm not entirely sure about ERC20. Could you help me understand the difference, if there is one? Thank you!
