Are $2 bills still made?

Excuse me, I was wondering if you could shed some light on a curiosity I've had for a while. Do the United States Mint still produce and circulate $2 bills? I've heard they're rare to come across these days, but I'm not entirely sure if they're still being made. Could you please confirm whether or not $2 bills are still in production and, if so, what's the reasoning behind their relative scarcity in circulation?
