Where can I hire heroes in AFK Arena?

Excuse me, I'm having a bit of trouble finding the right place to recruit heroes in AFK Arena. Could you possibly point me in the right direction? I've been searching around but haven't come across a clear answer yet. Is there a specific area or feature within the game where I can hire or obtain new heroes?
