What does Kujira taste like?

I'm curious, have you ever tried Kujira, the so-called "whale meat" in some cultures? If so, could you describe to me what it tastes like? Is it similar to other types of red meat, or does it have a unique flavor all its own? And, for those who haven't had the opportunity to sample it, is it even legal to consume Kujira in many parts of the world, given the ethical concerns surrounding whale hunting?
