Can you buy Manta on Coinbase?

Could you please clarify for me if it's possible to purchase Manta tokens directly on the Coinbase platform? I've been hearing a lot about Manta recently and am interested in adding it to my cryptocurrency portfolio. However, I'm not sure if Coinbase supports the purchase of Manta, or if I would need to go through another exchange or wallet service.
