Can you buy ETH at ATM?

Excuse me, I've been hearing a lot about cryptocurrencies like Ethereum, or ETH as it's often called. I'm curious, is it possible to purchase ETH directly from an ATM? I've seen ATMs that dispense cash, but I've never seen one dealing with cryptocurrencies. Would you happen to know if there are any ATMs in my area that offer this service? If so, how does the process work? Do I need to have a special wallet or account set up beforehand? Also, are there any fees associated with buying ETH through an ATM? I'm quite new to this and would appreciate any information you can provide.
