Why is Nexo not available in the US?

Could you please explain to me why Nexo is not accessible in the United States? I'm quite interested in its services and have heard a lot of positive feedback from international users. Is there a specific regulatory obstacle or legal constraint that prevents its operation in the US market? I'm also curious to know if there are any plans in the future to expand Nexo's services to the US, and if so, what steps are being taken to overcome any challenges that may arise?
