Are OKB and OKX the same?

Could you please clarify for me if OKB and OKX are one and the same? I've been hearing about both these terms in the cryptocurrency space, but I'm not quite sure if they refer to the same thing or if they have distinct meanings. If they are different, could you explain the key differences between them? And if they are indeed the same, is there a particular reason why they are referred to by two different names?
