Do I really need to pump every 3 hours?

I'm a bit overwhelmed with the idea of having to pump my cryptocurrency holdings every three hours. It seems like a lot of work, and I'm not sure if it's really necessary. After all, the market is constantly fluctuating, and I don't want to miss out on any potential gains. But at the same time, I don't want to be constantly checking and managing my investments. So, do I really need to pump every three hours? Or is there a more efficient and sustainable way to approach crypto investing?
