Can I move money from MetaMask to Binance?

I'm a bit puzzled about something. I've been using MetaMask to store my cryptocurrencies, but I've recently decided to start using Binance for trading. My question is, can I easily move money from MetaMask to Binance? I'm not very tech-savvy, so I'm hoping the process is straightforward. I've heard about sending and receiving tokens and wallets, but I'm not entirely sure how it all works. Could you possibly explain the steps I need to take to successfully transfer my funds?
