Is TUSD on Ethereum?

I'm just curious, could you possibly tell me if TUSD is actually on Ethereum? I've been hearing a lot about this cryptocurrency lately and I'm trying to understand its underlying technology and where it fits into the larger blockchain ecosystem. I've seen mentions of it being a stablecoin, but I'm not entirely sure what that means or how it works. Would you mind explaining how TUSD relates to Ethereum, if it does indeed have a connection?
