Can I send BTCB to Binance?

I'm just starting to dip my toes into the cryptocurrency world and I'm still trying to figure out the ropes. I've got some BTCB coins and I'm wondering if it's possible to send them to my Binance account. Is Binance compatible with BTCB? If so, what's the process like? Are there any fees involved?
