Can I send stETH to ETH address?

I'm curious about something. Can I send stETH to an ETH address? I've been reading a lot about cryptocurrencies and I understand that ETH and stETH are both Ethereum-based tokens, but I'm not entirely sure if they're interchangeable when it comes to sending them to different addresses. I know that each token has its own unique properties and use cases, but I'm just wondering if there's a way to send stETH to an ETH address without any issues. Could you please clarify this for me?
