Can I send Lido staked ETH?

Hello, I'm a bit puzzled about something. I've been hearing a lot about Lido staking ETH and I'm wondering if it's possible for me to send it. I understand staking is a way to earn rewards by locking up my ETH, but I'm not quite sure how the whole process works. Could you possibly explain to me if it's possible to send Lido staked ETH, and if so, how exactly do I do it? I'd really appreciate your help as I'm still new to this whole crypto staking thing.
