I'm a bit confused about a transaction I'm trying to make. Could you clarify for me if it's possible to send Ethereum (ETH) to my MetaMask wallet using the ERC-20 token standard? I've heard that ERC-20 is primarily for smart contracts and other tokens on the Ethereum network, but I'm not sure if it applies to ETH itself. Would sending ETH as an ERC-20 token be different from a regular ETH transfer? And if it is possible, could you explain the steps I should take to ensure a smooth transaction?
