Why can't I send USDC?

I'm puzzled as to why I'm unable to send USDC. I've double-checked my wallet balance, and I definitely have enough USDC available. The recipient's address is correct, and my internet connection is stable. I've even tried restarting my wallet app, but the issue persists. Could it be a problem with the blockchain? Or is there some sort of maintenance going on that's preventing transactions? I'm really at a loss here, and I'd appreciate any insights you could provide.
