Why Solana fails?

I've been hearing a lot about Solana lately, but it seems to be facing some challenges. Can you explain why Solana fails? Is it due to its scalability issues? Or is it the high transaction fees that are driving users away? I've also heard about some security breaches, does that contribute to its downfall?
