Should I buy sol or AVAX?

I've been following the cryptocurrency market for a while now, and I'm really interested in Solana (SOL) and Avalanche (AVAX). Both seem to have a lot of potential and are gaining popularity. But, I'm really torn between the two. SOL has this amazing scalability and speed, while AVAX offers cross-chain compatibility and seems to have a strong community behind it. I'm not sure which one to choose for my investment. Could you help me decide? Should I go with SOL for its technological advantages, or AVAX for its community support and cross-chain features? I'm really looking for some expert advice here.
