Can you live in Korea if you don't speak Korean?

Excuse me, I'm planning to relocate to Korea soon, but I don't speak Korean fluently. I'm wondering, is it possible to live comfortably in Korea without knowing the language? I've heard the culture and people are incredibly warm, but I'm concerned about the language barrier. Could you provide some insight on this matter? Also, any tips or suggestions for someone looking to settle in Korea without knowing the language would be greatly appreciated.
