Can you live in Korea without speaking Korean?

Excuse me, I'm curious. If I were to relocate to Korea, would it be feasible to live there without being proficient in Korean? I've heard that the culture and people are incredibly welcoming, but I'm worried that the language barrier might pose significant challenges.
