Is it easy for foreigners to date in Korea?

I'm a foreigner and I'm considering moving to Korea. I've heard that the dating culture there is quite different from what I'm familiar with. So, I'm wondering, is it easy for foreigners to date in Korea? I mean, are there any specific challenges or obstacles that I should be aware of?
