Do you get VAT back in Korea?

Excuse me, I'm a bit confused about the tax regulations in Korea. Could you possibly enlighten me on a matter? Do I get VAT back in Korea if I make purchases? I understand that some countries allow for the refund of Value-Added Tax, but I'm not sure about the policies here. It would be greatly appreciated if you could clarify this matter for me.
