Does Korea use Binance?

Excuse me, I'm a bit curious. I've heard a lot about Binance, this cryptocurrency exchange platform that's getting a lot of attention these days. And since I'm here in Korea, I was wondering if people in this country also use Binance? Is it popular here? Are there any specific reasons why Koreans might choose Binance over other crypto exchanges? Also, are there any regulations or restrictions regarding the use of Binance in Korea?
