BTCC Convert lets you quickly convert one cryptocurrency into another without manually setting an order price or using the order book.

Convert provides a quote based on current market conditions. Supported cryptocurrencies, available amounts, reference prices, and fees are subject to the information displayed in the BTCC App.

How to Use BTCC Convert?

Step 1: Go to Convert

1. Log in to the BTCC App and tap 【Assets】 at the bottom.

2. On the Assets page, tap 【Convert】 to open the Convert page.

Step 2: Select the Cryptocurrencies

On the Convert page, select the cryptocurrency you want to convert from and the cryptocurrency you want to receive.

In the example shown below, BTC is converted to USDT. Tap the arrow next to the cryptocurrency to select a different asset.

BTCC Convert executes conversions through Spot trading. If you use assets from your Wallet Account, the corresponding funds will be transferred to your Spot account as indicated on the page before the conversion is completed.

Step 3: Enter the Amount

Enter the amount you want to convert in the 【From】 section.

You can also use the percentage options, such as 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%, to quickly select an amount based on your current 【Available balance】.

After confirming the cryptocurrencies and amount, tap 【Get latest quote】.

Step 4: Confirm the Quote

Once the quote is generated, the confirmation page will display the conversion details, including:

• The cryptocurrency and amount you will receive

• The cryptocurrency and amount you will spend

• 【Reference price】

• 【Fee】

• Relevant balances in your 【Spot account】 and 【Wallet Account】

Please review all details carefully before proceeding.

Quotes are valid for a limited time. Tap 【Confirm】 before the countdown expires. If the quote expires, return to the Convert page and get a new quote.

Step 5: Complete the Conversion

After you confirm the conversion, the system will execute the transaction.

The final converted amount will depend on the actual transaction. Once completed, you can view your conversion history from the records icon in the top-right corner of the Convert page.

FAQs

Q: What is the difference between BTCC Convert and Spot trading?

BTCC Convert executes conversions through Spot trading but offers a simpler process. You only need to select the cryptocurrencies and amount, get a quote, and confirm the conversion.

There is no need to manually set a buy or sell price or use the order book.

Q: How is the Convert price calculated?

The Convert page provides a 【Reference price】 based on current market conditions.

As cryptocurrency prices can change continuously, please refer to the quote shown on the confirmation page. The final converted amount will depend on the actual transaction.

Q: Does BTCC Convert charge a fee?

If a fee applies to the conversion, it will be shown under 【Fee】 on the confirmation page.

Before confirming, please review the reference price, estimated amount to be received, and applicable fee. The actual fee is subject to the information displayed in the BTCC App.

Q: Can I convert BTC directly to ETH?

Currently, BTCC Convert uses USDT as the intermediary asset.

For example, to convert BTC to ETH, you need to complete the conversion in two steps:

1. Convert BTC to USDT.

2. Convert USDT to ETH.

Q: Why can’t I use Convert?

Please check whether:

• The selected cryptocurrency currently supports Convert.

• Your 【Available balance】 is sufficient.

• The amount entered meets the requirements shown on the page.
