Ripple 執行長稱 SEC 將撤回對 Ripple 上訴，XRP 幣價短時漲超 10% 

根據區塊鏈開發公司 Ripple 執行長 Brad Garlinghouse 的說法，美國證券交易委員會（SEC）將撤回對 Ripple 的上訴。他週三在社群平台 X 上表示：

「這就是我們一直在等待的時刻，SEC 將撤回上訴——無論從哪個角度看，這對 Ripple、對加密貨幣而言都是一場全面的勝利。」

Ripple 法務長 Stuart Alderoty 補充說：「隨著 SEC 撤回上訴，Ripple 現在掌握了主導權，我們將評估如何最好地進行反上訴。」

上述消息發布後，Ripple 的原生代幣 XRP 短時間上漲超過 10%，截至本文發布之前，XRP 交易價格為 2.5 美元。
