傳言川普將取消加密貨幣資本利得稅；CEHV 合夥人：總統沒有這個權力！

Alpine Fox LP 聯合創辦人兼管理合夥人 Mike Alfred 今晨在社群平台上聲稱，有消息指出川普政府準備在周五的加密貨幣峰會上宣布對加密貨幣交易實施「零資本利得稅」。

這一消息在加密貨幣社群之中廣為流傳，因為目前，美國對加密貨幣交易的利潤徵收資本利得稅（短期最高 37%，長期最高 20%）。如果變成零稅率，便意味著投資人可以隨意買賣加密貨幣而不必擔心稅務負擔，這將有助於提升市場活躍度。

然而，CEHV 合夥人 ADAm Cochran 針對這一傳言澆了一大桶冷水。其表示美國憲法規定，總統無法單方面修改稅法，這是國會獨有的權力。且即使總統宣布了這項政策，或者試圖簽署行政命令（EO）來執行，它也不會成為法律。
